Converting a House to a Home

I am currently completing a full back-to-brick renovation of my own property, overseeing every stage of the project from planning through to execution. By carrying out around 80% of the work myself, I have gained practical experience in budgeting, project management, problem-solving, and residential property refurbishment, while adding significant value to the asset through a comprehensive modernisation programme.

Loft to A Room

As part of the renovation, we are converting the unused loft space into a fully functional bedroom, creating valuable additional living accommodation within the property. The project involves structural alterations, insulation upgrades, new electrical installations, and finishing works to transform the space into a comfortable and modern room while maximising the property’s overall value and usability.

Garage Space Into Utility

Part of the garage is being converted into a practical utility room and downstairs WC, improving the property’s functionality while making better use of the existing space.
